Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via a variety of options, including standard and expedited shipping, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships, and we offer customer support for any issues with damaged or lost packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Ashoka Infosoft Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Certain items, such as custom-built computers, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
